General FAQs

I have found the perfect home on your site! How do I get more information or set up an appointment?

If you are interested in a home on our site, but need further information than what is displayed, you should contact the agent shown next to the property, using the contact details provided with each property. You can click the button marked contact agent.

I emailed an agent from the site and they've not responded

We are sorry to hear that an agent has not responded to your enquiry. Once we have passed an enquiry on, how an agent deals with it is, of course, up to them.

It may be worth phoning the agent instead, telling them that you've emailed but got no response. If you saved the property, go to your saved properties, and get the agent's details from there. If you did not save the property, either re-do the search, or find the agent's details.

There's a specific agent I'm looking for. How do I find them?

Go to our find an agent section, and enter the area or the name of the agent you're looking for.

How do I find an letting agent to let my property?

Go to our find an agent section, and enter your area to find the names and details of Lets Dubai member agents in that area.

Is Lets Dubai an letting agent?

No, Lets Dubai is a property portal, which advertises the properties of estate agents, lettings agents and developers/agents who pay to do so. Think of us like a newspaper, on a national scale, advertising over 175,000 properties!

My own home is for sale or to let. Can I advertise it on Lets Dubai?

Lets Dubai only contains information on homes for rent through estate agents, lettings agents or property developers. If you are selling your home privately, you cannot sell it here.
To find an estate agent who will advertise your property on Lets Dubai, go to our find an agent section. If you already have an agent, please ask them to advertise it on Lets Dubai.
The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has a free booklet, Using an estate agent to buy or sell your home, consumer advice leaflet OFT157, which is available on their web site or call 0870 6060321.

Will it cost me anything to use Lets Dubai?

No, Lets Dubai is completely free for searching for property. By registering with us, you can save your property searches in your folder, so that you can perform the same searches on another visit.
You can also set up to receive emails to alert you to properties matching your search requirements coming onto the site.

Who owns Lets Dubai?

Lets Dubai is an independent Property Lettings Portal owned by Lets1.com

FAQs on our property database

Does Lets Dubai have information on all the homes available nationwide?

No. There's no single source for all property information, so Lets Dubai works with estate agents, lettings agents and developers/agents all over the country to gain information on homes for rent within the UAE. Currently we have several hundred properties available at any one time within the emirates.

How can I find which agents are contributing to Lets Dubai?

Our find an agent section will allow you to search for Lets Dubai member agents in your area.

How often does Lets Dubai get new listings?

Every working day. We refresh our property data (add new ones and highlight let properties) on a daily basis automatically from agents' databases, thus ensuring property information is kept up-to-date.

Do agents who use Lets Dubai put all their homes on this site?

Nearly all of our agents upload all of their properties.

I believe the details of a property to be incorrect. How can this be corrected?

Whatever your enquiry regarding a home found on the site, you should contact the agent advertised next to the property, using the contact details shown, or click the 'contact agent' button next to the property.

Why can't I see the full address of a certain property?

For security, sometimes the full address of certain property for rent is available only via the agent.
